We do our best to give you the best possible dental care, based on your personal needs. You as a client are central to us. We attach great importance to quality, service, personal involvement and giving you the best possible information.

Puting the client first

Anyone who lets the team of Dental Practice Diemen-Zuid take care of his or her teeth will notice that we deal with our clients in a special way. 'We don't treat teeth, we treat people'. And that results into a different, personal way of dealing with the patient. A dentist can only do his job well if there is trust and the client is not afraid of him. That is the reason that all team members attach great importance to building such a relationship of trust. The client feels more comfortable with it. And for the dentist it is more pleasant to work.

Not satisfied?

Do you have a complaint or do you disagree with us? Please, always let us know. Then we will first ask you to come and discuss your complaint with us, preferably with your own dentist. This usually explains any unclear matters or misunderstandings or we can find a solution together.

If you find this difficult or if there are still uncertainties or questions, you can call on the practice manager. Send an email or a letter to the practice. We want to find an answer to all complaints in good consultation and to your satisfaction. All complaints are taken seriously and registered. If there are opportunities for improvement, appropriate measures will be taken.

 

Second Opinion

Do you have doubts about a treatment or do you disagree with your practitioner? You can always go to another dentist who can give you a second opinion. This is possible within our practice, but of course also at another dentist of your choice.

 

 

Complaints procedure

If you cannot find a solution yourself or with the help of the practice manager, you can contact the KNMT. All dentists at Dental Practice Diemen-Zuid follow the complaints procedure of the professional association.
